We are able to cut plastic sheets, rods and tubes to size for your production orders, using either CNC/precision machining, or plastic table saw methods:

Prototypes to Volume Production
In addition to cutting to size, we can take a customer’s unique design for an item in plastic, work with them to select the best plastics material for the job, then fabricate a prototype and bring the item to full-volume production.

About Cutting Plastic
Plastic can be cut using the same types of tools that are used to cut wood; however, specialized attachments are required.
For example, plastic and acrylic materials can be cut using power saws, table saws and circular saws. Blades designed to cut aluminum or copper are used, and special blades are needed to cut acrylic. The correct type of blade combined with the correct lubricant and expertise in plastics will ensure that the cut edges do not tear or chip.
A CNC machine can also be used to cut plastic to size. This is an automated machine tool that is run with pre-programmed software. CNC precision machining can accomplished more detailed, complex, and precision cuts, including curves, cut-outs and more.
