They handle thick substrates and provide unparalleled motion control for precision machining. A pneumatic hold-down system enables us to provide quick turnaround on volume jobs. 3D CAD Drawing Service
We can also draw and machine 3D moulds for your custom plastic fabrication project. We combine our expertise in machining with skills in computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) to:

About CNC for Precision Plastic Fabrication
CNC is an acronym for computer numerically controlled. It refers to automated machine tools that are run by pre-programmed software. A design – such as a CAD design – or a set of instructions is programmed into the CNC machine and this enables highly repeatable, precision machining.

CNC machines transformed the plastics fabrication industry because they make curves as easy to cut as straight lines, and because they can provide precision machining – for example, to achieve high-volume fabrication of complex shapes.
